Shipping Policy

 

Shipping charges will be automatically calculated in the shopping cart after you select the shipping country in the check out page. Once your payment is confirmed and we have the items you have ordered in stock, the goods that you ordered will be dispatched quickly. An email or SMS will be sent to you when your order has been dispatched via the information you entered. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please ensure all shipping details are correct before placing your order. Woodness are not responsible for orders that do not arrive due to incorrect shipping information being provided by customer at checkout. If the order is returned to Woodness, it is the customers responsibility to pay the additional shipping expense. If your order is attempted delivery, and the shipping carrier is unable to contact you/you do not reply to their emails and messages, Woodness will not refund or replace these items. Please keep an eye on your tracking information and ensure you have provided all the correct contact details at checkout. Unclaimed packages are not eligible for replacement or refund by Woodness.

All shipping costs are non-refundable. These have been paid to the postal service and are not eligible for refund. If you receive a refund, the true cost of shipping your order will be deducted from your refund.

 

Shipping Times:

Please allow the following postal times in addition to the processing time -

Central Europe 5 - 15 Business Days (after processing time)

USA - Estimated 8 - 18 Business Days (after processing time)

Rest of the World - Estimated 10 - 25 Business Days (after processing time)

If you require it by a certain date, please let us know and we will do our best to accomodate your request.

Woodness will endeavour to meet the estimates, however, we cannot guarantee that such estimates will be met due to many unexpected factors, for example, holidays, postal delays and customs clearance. In the case of packages lost or delayed in transit by the shipping carrier, please contact us immediately, we will attempt to track the package or / and make a claim for you. If your claim is successful, we will then issue a new product to you in a timely manner.

 

Buyers outside Europe – Please Note:

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. You should check with any related authority of your country (or the designated country of the order) for any charges required to receive the goods you order from Woodness.

The customs duties are different for each country, please contact your local customs office for more information.

Woodness is not responsible for these charges, and will not refund item(s) returned to us due to unaccepted/undelivered and/or any other reasons unless otherwise agreed with Woodness in advance.
